ELDER COWAN: IT’S BEGINNING TO LOOK ALOT LIKE A FLORIDA CHRISTMAS

Hey everybody! I guess it is starting to look like a Florida Christmas meaning then there is no snow anyway. It’s pretty fun though. I do really enjoy having no snow here because it means we don’t have to go out knocking and just freeze our tails off! I guess the big news from this last week was we had transfer meeting. Elder Cortez got transferred and he is now down in Melbourne Florida. That’s the area I really want to go to so it’s funny to see that my wish became his area. My new companion is Elder Penfold from California! It’s now my third Californian companion in a row. I guess it might be a sign or something ha ha Ha. So we have been doing well. Elder Penfold was in the area just south of us so he knows a lot of the members that were changed over during the congregation area change.  So it is good to have his input and his knowledge of these members so we can just get to work and fellowship in these guys. We have been making good strides with our investigators the Junes and they are really progressing towards baptism. We had an awesome lesson with them on Saturday where we were able to have a member out to the lesson and it just works super well. Basically when we had members out there whole role is to testify after we teach and this member taught and then we testified!   We’re doing pretty good other than that! We got three new elders here to the ward so we have been working hard on getting those guys adjusted to the areas as well. Things are going well I’m really excited for Christmas! It’ll be fun to talk to the folks in to see how they’re doing! I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and take care!
