ELDER COWAN: Hey Hey Hey

Hey Everybody!

Well I guess the most exciting news is that I am finally staying with a companion more than one transfer! Bravo and I are both staying together so that is fun!

That is a great sigh of relief. I haven’t been with a companion for more than one transfer since me and Ferguson were together at the beginning of the mission!

Speaking of Ferguson, he goes home on Wednesday! It is super crazy. Right now I am freaking out a bit because I am about to hit a year, Ferguson is going home, and then all the people I know and will miss are going home as well! Ahh it’s just been one crazy week.

The good thing about this week is that we found a new investigator! his name is Scott and we had an awesome beginning lesson with him! I think it was one of the times that I have felt the most at peace on the mission. The lesson went great and he really wants to learn more!

We had a goal to talk to everyone this week while we were out on the street! It was awesome because we actually accomplished the goal! We met some great and crazy people. Bravo was a huge help because we ran into a lot of Spanish speaking people. My only regret is that I don’t speak Haitian Creole because we met a lot of people who only spoke that.
