ELDER COWAN: Week In Review

Hey everybody!

How is everybody doing!

So things were pretty good this week. Better than last week that is for sure! We saw miracles and we worked hard to accomplish our goals that were set!

We had a goal to teach at least 9 members this week and we were able to get into 10 houses to share a message about the gospel with them and commit them to do some missionary work!

Other than that we just basically went door to door trying to find people to teach. I think that has been our struggle for the past couple of weeks is just finding people.

We did have a miracle where we knocked on a door and he opened up! The guy had been going through a rough time and his friend had told him to find God. And guess who shows up at the door! It was just a testimony builder and really was what we needed to continue on for the day.

We also went biking around in this heat and wetness! If there is one thing that I have come to appreciate on my mission and actually enjoy, it is biking! I get the biggest kick just riding around and talking to people. Prepare to be impressed but I can ride my bike with no hands! Just months of practice up in Deltona really paid off!

So we were biking around in the rain on Saturday but didn’t get too drenched. A member let us in and allowed us to dry off for a bit!

I guess just pray and hope that things start looking up for us this week. We are going to find people this week so expect some miracles and stories next week! Have a great week everybody!
