Sister Chamberlain: HELLO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello there everyone!!! Goodness this last week has been fantastic! Just a solid week. I don’t think I have laughed so hard on my mission than this last week. I think that a majority of the reason why was because I was so tired that everything made me laugh but I can’t be sure. But running and jumping on to my bed trying to show Sister Lloyd how I can be a flying squirrel I think would only happen if I was tired. Tired from working SO HARD!!! And by the way I could totally be a flying squirrel.

So first story. Picture this. We are out in the middle of no where and Sister Lloyd got confused and we got off on the wrong stop which was literally in the middle of no where. Well there was no where for us to walk just a two-way highway which would have been fine if there were no cars but there were loads of cars hence the name highway. So we found this hidden public footpath. We start a walking and meander around some mud and get to a little fence and a bridge so we continue to cross and hop the fence (don’t worry no one was around so see us hop it in our skirts). Then we find ourselves in a huge herd of cows!!!! Sister Lloyd was scared we were on a farmers property and I was scared they were going to eat me because they were staring at me and we had just watched a clip called “only a stone cutter” where a cow kicks a man and he has to get his leg amputated. I like my legs. Alas we trekked onward and made it safely through. We hop another fence and guess where we end up?! In a swamp pretty much. We think out it is okay it is just the bottom of our shoes all muddy. No. I take one more step and sink mid calf deep. I was laughing so hard I decided it was quicksand and dramatically started shouting to Sister Lloyd all the things she would need to tell all of you since I was going to die. But you guessed it we made it through that and hopped another fence and ended up in a donkey sanctuary. It reminded me of a movie where there are all these sweet families enjoying their day out in a lovely little place and then all of a sudden two crazies appear out of nowhere covered in mud. I am never taking a public foot path again.

Well goodness I can’t top that now. The rest of the week was pretty bland. Just a work, work working and lots of people not being very interested but we will find them if it is the last thing we do!!! Love you all!! love, Sister Chamberlain

Oh P.S. my hair!!!!!!!!!!! Oh it is all gone hahaha. I told the lady I wanted it just above my shoulders and now it is just below my hears maybe a few inches below. I donated it though so it is going to a good cause!! Some sweet little girl will now have a wig :) I look like a little girl haha there is a woman we visit every once and awhile in a nursing home and she always thinks that I am a little girl and can’t understand how I am on a mission so now with my real short hair she is really going to be confused!!
